My users is a normal user. He want to using USB devices(such as card reader). When he login into the system and plugin the usb, XP popup it access deny

But If I using adminsitrator(Domain or local) which no problem.

How can I make him can using USB in the domain network(He cannnot be power user or adminsitrator)
