You're still protected from viruses, they just get found a little later.

Bob; My situation is very similar except i have macafee. I pulled up the scan
and was going to eliminated the outgoing but it doesn't separated the two
(outgoing and incoming) I can see letting the outgoing mail side without the
protection, but not the incoming. Also i sent one picture to someone and they
got 20 all of which were undistiguishale or with computer language. So i sent
another but this time clicked on the sending maessage and it brought up a
window that had a graph on it and showing "sending messages 1-20 and yes,
i've had the computer since april and now the problems...........Please
advise ...........oldguy61

Depending on how large the file size is for the attachment pictures, it
might be better to simply upload them to a photo sharing service like Snapfish:

Pictures in emails - I've moved to Vista from XP, and hence from Outlook Express to Windows Mail. In OE it is simple to align pictures in emails with the text, but I can't find out how to do so in Mail. Can anyone help, please?
