Post subject: ActiveX Control message
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>security_admin (more info?)

When I open one of my web sites, I get a dialog box that says "Click to run
ActiveX control on this web page." If I click it and wait a few seconds, the
box disappears and I can use the site. This has been happening for several
weeks (probably since my last Windows Update). I would like to get ride of
this dialog box appearing every time I go to the home page. It is a
nuisance. I have tried disabling and deleting all kinds of things but
nothing has stopped this dialog box from showing up and slowing up my usage.
Any help appreciated.
