Something that I have noticed on my computer:
When I boot up occasionally I will get the following:

1. Dell Splash Screen
2. Windows XP Splash Screen
3. Blue Screen with "Please Wait" with a sequence of periods
(............) which lasts for about 30 sec to 1 minute
4. Blue Screen with "Welcome"
5. Desktop shows and loads up icons in toolbar
This occurs after about two days of not being restarted, when I restart
again I don't get the blue screen with Please Wait. Is this "Please
Wait" screen something I have to worry about?

Windows XP SP2
Pentium 4 3.40 GHz
1 GB RAM
