Post subject: Chinese Input removes itself

I have installed a chinese input using Uimetool on windows xp home (english version) and then used it normally in windows, but everysince I have installed the new input method it works but once I have finished using it and change back to english it dissapears from input language settings in control panel. So if I want to use again i need to add again!
This gets really annoying when changing languages a lot!
Anyone know how it can be stopped dissapearing??
Thanks
