Does the difference between WinXP Administrator and User
accounts affect Corel Quattro (QPW version Cool? My experience
has been that QPW runs OK for the Administrator but crashes
every time for User1. QPW has been updated to Service Pack 8.
We have tried compatibility settings Win95, Win98/ME, Win2K and
None. Advice?

Is User1 a limited account?
Limited Accounts are restricted in several ways, and may disallow your
program certain file access or writing permissions.

If Compatibility routines do not work for non-Administrator
account, XP fails to inform us. Is this an undocumented feature?
