I was wondering how I am able to show the Manage option when I right click on
My Computer on Desktop. On my home pc the option is there already, but on my
mum's one she doesn't have this option and would like it??

Use Regedit or Regedt32 to navigate to this registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

Either delete the DWORD NoManageMyComputerVerb or set it to zero.

your answer??

Also could you let me know where the file should go once I have downloaded
it??

Thanks

Hi,

You need to use a news reader to view/download the attachment.

Setting up Outlook Express Newsreader:

Alternate method, using the REG.EXE tool:
