Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>help_and_support (more info?)

The following message is continuously generated with the event ID 10009.
"DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer %1 using any of the
configured protocols". Pls help resolve the issue, I have checked the
registry for protocol listed under the entry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Rpc/DCOM_Protocols for the list of
Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service protocol sequences.
These values match the values in other system without errors.
