Several problems:

As stated, cant download active x, system restore unable to restore, cmd prompt in run will not work (must use "command"). Are these malfunctions possibly related?

Ghost folder shows on taskbar, not active can not close - Recentky I have had an ghost folder/program show up on my taskbar. When I right click on it there is no pullup menu window with it.
