Hi,

I have a strange problem with one of my users. When she deletes a file, the
file doesn't go to the recycle bin. I checked the properties of the recycle
bin and everything seems fine. The "Do not move files...." is unchecked.

It is only with one user out of 20 !!

Is the size capability of the recycle bin set too low?

I used the default. Actually I create a shortcut on the desktop and delete
it. So it should not have anything to do with the size.

How interesting. See if this helps:

Make sure that something is in the Recycle Bin (delete any file). With the
Recycle Bin closed, right click and choose: Empty Recycle Bin. When the
confirm box appears, click ok. Reboot. Now the Recycle Bin should work
correctly.
