Basically, the error that keeps coming back is "file not signed or
incorrectly signed".
Google is FULL of reports with the same problem (directx november 08 update
not working).
As a matter of fact Paul, I'm pretty sure if you try the directx
webinstaller november 2008 version on your system, it will fail too!
