Excel Help plz !!

Iam trying to make a button. that when i click on it it will randomly select from a column of data that I have made and have it show up somewhere. What Iam trying to do is like a game. It is like when you pick up cards for monopoly and in essence it is a random selection but from the top of the deck But i want to do this with Excel just by clicking a button.

Does anyone have any ideas on how i can do this?

Also i want to do tihs with DICE. I want to be able to click on a button and it randomly selects 1-6. how can i do this? Thank you
