Not able to see my External Hard Disk

Hi, I've a 80GB external hard disk. It works fine on some computers running
XP SP2 and not visible on some PC's with the the same SP2. it's been a
problem for me quite some time. I dont know what to do, b'cos XP SP2 comes
with all the USB drivers. So, i cant find any better drivers to fix this.
This Hard disk is USB one and i wonder why it shows up on some PC's and not
on some PC's. all are running XP SP2. plz help.

If it is recognized, but no drive letter, try:
