Sorry to say I don't know of any way to recover the data, but the FSTW is
not reliable enough to use for backup purposes, as it frequently goes wrong.
I suppose Microsoft would argue that it wasn't designed as a backup app,
only for situations where the transfer can be re-tried if it fails... but
then, as I recall nowhere does it actually say this.
