Hi All

I know this might be bordering on the not relevant, but this was the only ng
I could think of that had the best influx of xp owners.

Basically I have 400 or so piccies and I'd like a prog to thumbnail them all
and then allow me to mod the layout slightly so that I could:

a) put a <filename> (or something like) command on vertically placed at the
left of the pic so each pic automatically had a small piece of vertical text
adjacent to it showing the filename of the pic

b) put a piece of standard text at the footer of each pic so each pic
automatically had 'Name: __________'

c) Put a title and logo at the top of the layout so that each page showed
the logo and title.

I basically want to printout these thumbnails on 'x' amount of pages and
then get the kids to write their names in for the picture that is relevant
to them.

The built-in XP photo util will create the thumbnails, but doesn't give me
the added layout control that I need.

Has anybody seen a package that can do the above?

Thanks

Robbie

Take a look at IrfanView and don't forget any plug-ins:

There is also Xnview, which has a bit more glitzy interface, but is
essentially the same type of program. Xnview has a tabbed viewer, which
seems really neat, but I never actually use it...

Xnview from Download.com:
