My wife has an XP machine that locks up when she plays games on line or not on line. I have checked all the logs and have no idea why. I'll entertain all suggestions, no matter how complicated or simple. Question

Check and remove any/all spyware programs. Use the following:

AD Aware SE 1.05
Spybot: Search and Destroy 1.3
CWShredder

Try uninstalling the graphics driver and install the latest from the
manufacturer's web site. Try some clean boot troubleshooting:

All of these suggestions have been tried with no change. This one has really got me stumped. I even thought maybe the processor was overtemping, but it isn't. Just to let you all know, I have a cert in Network + as well as A+. I think this problem may be way out of the box. Thanks folks and keep the ideas comming Laughing
