Media Player

Hi.I can anyone help me as my wife has been playing
around with the computer and now i can't see any clips on
the windows media player. i can hear the sound but the
screen is blank..can't think what she has done..maybe i
should get a new wife...lol...i would be grateful if
anyone can help.many thanks

Try a System restore back to point before the problem started.
