Hi Everyone,

Whenever I try to open a link from within OE, I get an error and it won't
open... But if I copy the shortcut and manually open and put it in the
address bar, no problem. The error report says it is most likely a plug-in,
but I'm just trying to open normal links.
What could it be or what can I do to find out what's wrong?

Below is the output of the error report:

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00000000

TIA,

Doug

The reason behind the occurrence of this error is DBX file corruption. Here you can try Stellar Outlook Express Repair software which is an excellent software to repair & restore corrupt Outlook Express DBX files effectively. Outlook Express Repair tool successfully repair corrupt or damaged dbx files and recover objects like email, contacts, notes, tasks and journals.
