You may get answers here (although this isn't really a Windows security
administration issue), but you'll probably have better luck contacting
someone at Parallels or seeing if Parallels has a user forum and posting
there. Parallels uses virtual machine technology and virtual machines
normally have a set of hardware they emulate that has nothing to do with
the real hardware in the host machine. This may be the cause of your
problem, although since I haven't used Parallels I'm just guessing.
