Post subject: Relocate Documents and Settings folder to non O.S. partition

I am in the process of re-installing Windows XP Home Edition on my Gateway 500plus. I have been using a half &**ed method of putting some of my Documents and Settings in another partition to get them away from the Windows O.S. for backup ease and data security. I ran across a forum message several months ago on a method specified in a Microsoft Document on how to relocate Documents and Settings folder during installation using the /Unattend function. However I do not seem to know how to get this to work. Can some one please spell this out in detail for me so I can get it right. Or is Microsoft full of BS. Any help would be much appreciated.
