Is there a wat to have a session running on a windows 2003 server and then
remote from a windows xp pc to this server as the same user as the server is
logged in as and see what is going on that server session? Right now when I
log in as that user it is just creating another session and I do not see the
programs that are running on the server.
Thanks

If you logged in at the console, you can connect to that session remotely -
start | run | mstsc /console <enter>.
