My taskbar has suddenly doubled in height and I am unable to resize it
to get it back to normal size. What is going on?

Hi, Sharon,

Try dragging the double arrow to the right and slightly down.

This usually works, buy no guarantees,

Jerry

Right click on the Taskbar, is it locked?
If so un-lock and resize, then lock it again.

I went to that site but no video loaded. When I clicked on it it just
went to a blank page

It isn't locked. I already checked that.

Well, I figured out what doubled the size. I clicked on the Quick Launch
Tool bar and when that is selected the task bar doubles in height. When
it is unchecked the task bar goes back to normal height.

Drop the .html extension in the address bar so it looks like the one
below. I had the same problem with Firefox, though IE loaded the page
correctly.

Yes, but the movie shows how to resize and still use the QuickLaunch bar.
