I have been trying to install SBC Dial-up for a week and a half now. I
continue to get an error in that it says that I am missing Remote Access
Service and to install it. When I followed all of the instructions to
install it, I still get the same error. SBC said to call HP. Hp told me to
do exactly what I had already done. called sbc back and they said to ask
microsoft. I am so frustrated with all of this. Could somebody PLEASE help
me with this. How many (and what) components are in RAS? Should they be set
to "manual" or "automatic"? Am I missing something here?

Thanks

Okay. The suggestion below didn't work. Anyone else have any ideas? SBC
and HP are stumped. As am I.
