When i start up i get a box saying

'Error Loading c:\windows\snpcdlib32.dll
The specified module could not be found.

(boxed) OK'

Any ideas on what this means..

Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)

Try this: Start>Run and type without quotes "msconfig". Go to "Startup" tab and see if there is some entry with such a name. If so, uncheck it and reboot.
