Set the default theme to Windows Classic.theme for all use..

I'm deploying new computers using Ghost and sysprep. I'd like the default
theme for all users to be the windows classic.theme.
Is it possible to specify this setting in sysprep.inf ?
If no, i already changed value of theme in registry key
(HKEY_USERS/.Default/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/ThemeManager
and the same in Local_Machine) . This is not working either. Have anybody a
trick about this ?

To change it for future users of the computer, you need to change
it in the Default User profile (not the same as HKEY_USERS/.Default):

You should be able to do this change even if you use Sysprep:

Note that this is somewhat changed in WinXP SP2:

The mini-setup that runs after sysprep is run on a WinXP SP2 computer,
copies the Administrator profile over to the Default User profile (the
source for future new accounts). This copy step is new for SP2. If you
want to avoid this Administrator profile copying (to have it behave as
pre-SP2), rename the Administrator account.

I think Microsoft is working on a hotfix that will make this new SP2
behavior optional.
