Post subject: Sister in law
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>messenger (more info?)

The problem with sister in law not being able to access Messenger was that
somewhere during all the upgrade and such, her Zone Alarm has disallowed
access. Fixed now. Wife had problems with Zone Alarm once when it ask her
to upgrade, that was the wrong action, the latest version just did not allow
Messenger to work.
