Post subject: Start Menu mouse right-click won't work
Hi,

I recently formatted my hard drive with as of yet very little installed. I don't know how this happened but if I go to the Start Menu and right click anywhere nothing will happen. Right-clicking anywhere else, desktop, within a software will work. How can I solve this problem?
I am the sole owner and user of my computer.

Also: (old problem) I set my mouse to scroll at 4 lines and it forgets this setting on every reboot).

Acer TravelMate 270 XVi Labtop
OS: Windows XP home SP2
Intel P4
Sound: Realtek AC97
Graphics: SiS
Security: McAfee Antivirus, Sygate Personal Firewall, Ad-Aware-Ad-Watch, Spyware Doctor (Spybot Search and Destroy set not to load on boot up)
Software: Microsoft Word/PowerPoint and Publisher, Windows Media Player 10, VLC Media Player, POwer DVD, AC3 filter, Divx, Sis IDE utilities, Sis VGA utilities, Zinio Reader, Audacity, WinRAR, RoboForm, Lexmark Prinrer Drivers/software.

one of 2 problems solved.
I set the Start Menu Properties to allow drag and drop to solve the right-click problem. However, I am yet to solve the mouse-scrolling problem.
Anyone with a suggestion?
