Post subject: Stop Error,Please Help Me!

My computer sometimes becomes blue screen of death,
and it reads

DRIVER_IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
STOP 0x000000D1(0x00000000,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x00000000).

Some friends told me it was the fault of Running Bitcomet, can it be true ?
But I need itŁĄ

Would you pease tell me how can I fix this problem? Thank you ŁĄ

Could be faulty memory or bad device driver. If Bitcomet has installed
device drivers, it could cause these problems. See
<a rel="nofollow" style='text-decoration: none;' href="http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.php" target="_blank">http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.php</a> and browse explanations for 0x000000D1.
