Post subject: Stop Error Messages

I'm unable to start my pc in safe mode due to the following stop error:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
***STOP: OXOOOOOOOA (OXF7D52354, OXOOOOOOFF, OXOOOOOOO1, OX804E34DD
I recently did a format and reloaded XP Home and installed SP2, and loaded
the Sound Drivers and ATI Drivers I tested again and the blue screen that I
have discribed poped up.
Also another problem,
Im getting this message in Normal Mode of Windows and it appears randomy:
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
STOP: OXOOOOOO50 (OXE3D1FOOO, OOOOOOOO, OXBF81EA2E, OXOOOOOOO29
The blame is Win32k.sys
