When I try to aquire pictures from both of my digital cameras the message
comes up on photo impression 3.0 that "There is a TWAIN error. The scanner
may not be connected". It only happens on photo impression because i have
tried it on PhotoBase and it works fine. I've tried reinstalling everything
including photo impression and the two cameras - creative card cam and
vivitar 20. Please help.

This is an issue with a particular piece of software and this group is for
general issues with the Windows XP operating system, and not 3rd-party
applications installed thereunder. You need to contact the developer of the
problem application.
