Post subject: USB 2.0 Problems! (SP2)

Seems my other post got deleted for some reason.

I'm having USB 2.0 problems in Windows Pro SP2, and that problem is that when I plug something in, anything, only power transfers. I can't get any data connections.

In the Device Manager, under USB-Controller I have the following (translated from german).

Standard enhanced PCI-to-USB universal hostcontroller
Standard OpenHCD USB-hostcontroller
USB-Root-Hub x2

I'm using a gigabyte Motherboard that uses the Nforce chipset.

I've tried reinstalling my motherboard USB drivers, the windows drivers - through the device manager - and my motherboard drivers in general.

All the USB plugs work, power wise, but I can't get any data connections for any device.
