I have an unknown folder in My Docs that I cannot get rid of. I delete it
and empty the recycle bin and the folder re-appears a few days later. I have
tried changing the name and it goes back. I have tried all I can think of to
get rid of the folder. There is nothing inside the folder. It's titled
",'..m.;.l".

Any suggestions?

Try using Safe Mode to remove it. If that doesn't work, you might have to
drop into a command prompt; help with that can be gotten here if you need
it.
