Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>general (more info?)

Have an Nvidia Geforce 100/200, also have a Pinnacle
av/dv video card.
Issue transfers stutter and frames are dropped. Also in
windows all movement seems jagged and delayed, in the
case of either card, is this possible the sign of card
failure?

Also so you know I am running current drivers for both.

Thanks

I have the Pinnacle Av/Dv card in my system (XPProSP2) and I've not
had this problem. I'm using a GF FX5200 card (which I need to
replace).
Make sure you have a suffient pagefile.sys and lots of memory and
drive space.
