Recently bought a Samsung A930 cell phone - installed the drivers that came with phone, and reinstalled WMP 10 to ensure WPD driver installed correctly. Running XPSP2. When I got to Sync Music on phone, the Auto Play screen pops up, but then disappears, and the phone reads "Connect Failure." Also have watched the Device Manager Screen, and the WPD Driver works correctly momentarily, but the computer breaks the connection. I imagine there is a driver conflict, but how do I investigate? >> Stay informed about: WPD Driver
