When I try to use Windows Messenger, I get the following message:

"An administrator has denied permission to use Windows Messenger. For
information, contact your administrator."

I am the Administrator and can find no issue in the Administrative Tools as
to why I am denied permission.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Al

Greetings Al,

Run these two .reg files and then try again:
