I occasionaly get a 'Windows Virtual Memory Low' error on my laptop.
I've got 1GB + 256MB memory.

What should I do to fix the problem?
How can I see how much is being used at any time?
What causes the memory to become fully used up?

Thanks.

OM

To supplement this answer, you get this message when the pagefile is too
small. Let the system manage the size of the pagefile. You must be running
some heavy memory users if you get such a message with 2GB of RAM.
