Service Pack Uninstall Folders in Windows folder - I have a large number of uninstall folders such as $NtUninstallKB817778$ in my Windows folder. Can I delete all of these? Or are they needed. I believe they have something to do with the Service Pack. Thanks

service pack 2 - i try to update to service pack 2. I get halfway through the update and I get a prompt that says "Access Denied" and it uninstalls itself. Any ideas?? Help!
