I have an error message coming up indicating that 'Windows Explorer has
encountered a problem and must close. An error report will be sent to
microsoft'. Is there a way to fix this? Can explorer be reloaded to make it
work?

your not very clear on whether it always comes up or if this was a one time
thing if it was a one time thing than dont worry about it.i can happen at
anytime.if not reply with what exactly is happening besides this error.
