Wrong order - multiple print jobs

I have 1.500 single page pdf-files I need to print - in the correct order
(alphabetical per filename).

When I make a selection, say of the ten first, right-click and select Print
Out - they're sent to the printer in the wrong order. Meaning, seemingly
random - the first one as #4 and so on.

Is there any way to get this to work, so I am able to get my pages in the
right order?

This is an Acrobat issue not a printer or OS issue. There are some utilities
that overcome this.
Sorry I can't remember the name of one that I saw a year or so ago but it
resolved the issue perfectly.
I suggest that you seacrh for PDF utilities, some of the free ones may do what
you want.
