I suspect your post makes perfect sense only after consuming a few of
those funny biscuits they sell at 'alternative gatherings.' Very odd.

You have had a look at User Accounts in Control Panel?

This was happening on a previous installation of Windows. I reinstalled
Windows on a new hard drive with new user accounts and it's still doing it.
