Post subject: XP won't start!

My windows won't go past a certain stage. It gives me an error message...

system32/drivers/ntfs.sys is missing or corrupt.

It won't login to safemode or restore to last known configuration either.

I don't want to lose any of my documents, pictures, or music.

Can someone please giude me as to what to do?? Sad

You have another PC to contact us with (obviously), so go to Support.microsoft.com and search the Knowledge Base for Article ID : 555531.

Or just Google:

system32/drivers/ntfs.sys is missing or corrupt

and look for your exact circumstance...
