Post subject: change file ownership in XP Home in non safe mode?
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>security_admin (more info?)

Is there a way to change file/folder ownership in windows XP home edition
without booting into safe mode to access the security tab?

Perhaps a small utility or command line program to do this?

You can install "FaJo XP File Security Extension" (XP FSE):
