device driver problem

I get this message each time I sign in but cannot seem to get it corrected.
Can anyone help? The message is "E60Cmmon.dll was not found. Reeinstalling
the application may fix this problem."

What is this? Anyone?

That would be be a file from Earthlink Total Access 2004, a piece of
software totally superflous to your internet access.
