Good Morning
Is there a way to check my computer to see if I need driver updates?

Hi Ed

You could go to Windows Update, but may I suggest, if you do need an updated
driver you use the one form the hardwares' manufacturer's web site and
compare the version you are using now against the driver that is offered.
If everything is working ATM, then you probably don't need any newer
drivers. Changing drivers when all is well could start off a problem

Sure. You go to the web sites of the manufacturers of your hardware and see
whether they have released any updated drivers. Some computer manufacturers
keep a library of updated drivers on their web site, so you can have 'one
stop shopping'.

In general, you think of updating a driver if you are having a problem, or
if you are upgrading your operating system (and service pack 2 qualifies as
an upgrade.)
