Well, that's a normal-looking boot loader. It says that you only have a single operating system installed and that it is loaded on the first partition of the first drive which should be your C: drive. The first 4 lines (with the semi-colons) are Remark lines only and don't figure in the boot command. They are leftovers from your Vista dual-boot and can be removed or just left for now.
There is nothing on any of the other partitions, other than perhaps data?
With the timeout at zero are you still getting the dual-boot option screen?
If you're not seeing the boot option screen, if you set the timeout back to, say, 15 seconds, does the boot option screen still come up? (Set the timeout in the 'System startup' section => 'Time to display list of operating systems' box - the way Sparda noted.)

If the problem persists and if this is something to do with Vista perhaps someone with more experience than I could help. I once installed the very first release as a dual-boot, but took it out as it was too unstable, and haven't touched it since.
