Since a few days when I delete a file or a folder in WinExplorer this is done immediately withour
a popup requesting for a delete confirmation. I must have changes this unintendedly.

How do I switch back to "delete only after confirmation" mode ?

Wolfgang

Right-click the Recycle bin, click Properties, then tick
the box for the "Confirmation Dialog".

P.S. Please go easy with your cross-posts. Why, for example,
would you cross-post such a simple question in
comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware.storage or in WinXP Help & Support?
