I have dial up and I am trying to download callwave so that I could recieve
messages while I am online. The problem is occuring saying firewall might be
in the way or something. I cant find what firewall I have if I have one so
that I could take call wave off of it. Please let me know how to look on my
computer where to find it?

Do you have SP2 (Service Pack 2)? If so, it includes a default
firewall. Unless you have a different software firewall (which I'm
guessing you don't since you don't know where it is) or a router I
would suggest *NOT* turning off the default Windows firewall. Check the
site for a guid on how to get around the Windows firewall or call their
customer support.

Click - Start - Control Panel - Security Center - Windows Firewall

right click on your dialup network connection and go to advanced tab.
you will find windows firewall settings button. clik on it. this window
will have an option to turn off firewall under the general tab. clik on
the chekbox and windows firewall is disabled.
