Cant log in

I have a problem logging in to secure sites i.e. e-mail accounts etc.I have
no problems browsing but any time I have to sign in to a secure site with
password control the page times out .Two computers on my network so far only
1 seems to have the problem.

Try IE's Security settings at default.
