Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>help_and_support (more info?)

When I went to start the comp, it took me to the screen where I can choose to
start in safe mode. I tried starting in last know configuration and safe
mode...windows loads but it won't take me to the blue log in screen. It just
goes black and then nothing. The mouse works on the screen but there is
nothing to click. The last software that was installed was a game client from
bots. Thanks for your help.
