> Thanks for responding so quickly. Yes I agree thr problem is too difficult for my provider, however I do have these missing dlls which may or may not be the problem.
when I try to download movies from the provider I get the msg to install
their media manager. I have done this but the download section of the
provider doesn't recognise it. Also I can't get live video from the site.
I discovered that the dlls were missing when I checked out system
information on my computer.
